George Gallardo Kattah Is an artist dedicated to moving pictures and being true to his feelings. His career started with documentary photography while attending art school in Bogotá, Colombia. After co directing his first two documentary features (Modelo Estéreo, The Shape Of Clouds) he moved to Los Angeles, California. There he found fertile ground for developing his visual language through working with music. He has directed and produced music videos with artists such as Luke Hemmings, Alessia Cara, Måneskin, Chelsea Wolfe, The Plot In You, Esteman, Lido Pimienta, Upsahl, Tai Verdes, amongst others, bringing always his documentary sensibility to the equation. He has worked with labels such as Sony, Arista, Def Jam, Concord, Fearless, Loma Vista, Universal Latam and Epitaph. His intention of building bridges throughout North, Central and South America has materialized by founding Continente Pictures. His video for “Te Quería” by Lido Pimienta was nominated at the Rolling Stone Awards for video of the year in 2023, “Don’t Look Away” for The Plot In You won two Santa Lucia’s (Best Music Video / Best Art Direction) at Bogoshorts in 2024 and “Tunnel Lights” for Chelsea Wolfe won The Prism Award (Best Video) at the 2024 BMVF.
